Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
Sounds like this place has come down a lot. I felt safe when I lived here as a single woman. It allowed pets. It was convenient to commuting. And it was affordable. The laundry room was locked with dead-bolt. I lived away from the pool and the playground, so I didn?t really notice kids running around.
