Tall Pines 25% Recommended May 06 2008: I have been here since 2005 and have had no major problems. The building I live in and the neighors are very nice. This was my first home when I moved from the north and I loved every minute of it. Gatewater Landing Apartments 42% Recommended May 04 2008: I have lived at Gatewater Landing for five yers now. I have never had a problem here. As to the other postings: ~Yes there was a shooting but it happens everywhere and this was the 1st time here. The office staff Quail Hollow (formerly Town & Country Hollows) 47% Recommended May 04 2008: Maintenance is a joke-Here is a list of the problems they refused to fix in my apartment: Blinds are older than dirt and don't close all the way. Water faucets are are decayed and moldy. Brown water coming out of all the faucets. Front Americana Southdale Apartments 57% Recommended May 03 2008: Cigarette butts (and burns)all over the place, entrance and stairwell, including stair carpet (fire risk) (mgmt claimed they had notices up but they keep being pulled down, that is a lie) Noise - all hours, swearing, fights, (I hav Gatewater Landing Apartments 42% Recommended May 02 2008: This place is absolutely terrible. There was a shooting here two weeks ago, in which someone was shot and then caused about 30 cops to show up and spend several hours and the whole neighborhood watching what was going on. |
