I moved in 1999 and lived in a very spacious 1 bedroom. I liked the 2 level layout-instead of the normal 1 level 1 bedroom apartment that you find at every other complex. After 2 years my husband wanted the extra space so we decided to transfer to a 2 bdrm. I was surprised to learn that they offer many different 2 bedroom styles. The staff was great and made the transition very smooth for us. We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom but wanted the space that only a house could offer. So we looked into buying a house and used the Rent-Own Program & built a home! No other community offers that!! Overall we had a great experience.
