Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
1) Parking lot and walk ways are not cleaned or salted after snow storm. My car was stuck in the lot for several days due to managements inability to salt.
2) Hallways in apartment building were not cleaned the entire year I lived there.
3) Equipment in the workout room is not operational except for one treadmill. This leads to a lot of problems when more than one person is in the gym.
4)Building itself is cheaply constructed. When it is slightly windy, it sounds like your siding is going to be blown off.
