*walls are paper thin
*nothing ever works correctly
*if you have one bedroom only one closet in the apartment in the bedroom which is a loft
with no door, no privacy if you have guests
*the only bathroom in one bedroom is upstairs in your bedroom. So guests go through you room to use rest room.
*bathroom is way to small.
*lighting in the apartment is horribly placed. EX. placed on far side of bedroom so that when you do turn on the light the other half is dark.
*washer and dryer are small don't wash well or dry well.
*kitchen open but cabnits and drawers our of cheap material and small. Drawers wont even fit a standard eating utensil holder
*they say you have two parking spaces your lucky if you can find one.
*rent to own (bad idea!) they will send you a voucher saying one amount and when you actually go to purchase with them they give a voucher to the builders with a much lesser amount.

You'd better hope you enjoy the same music as your neighbor does or you'll have a lot of sleepless nights when it's blaring away at 3 in the morning and your heating bill is escaping through the poor insulation and windows.
