Apartment was not move-in clean.






Aparment needed repairs that were discovered during move-in.






Had to replace light bulbs at move-in.






New Rug was of poor quality.






Move-in repairs complaint took a letter to the manager to get resolved.






Calls to office not returned.






Washer/dryer made noise and didn?t wash properly (lint filled).






Front doors were not properly sealed.
Heating elements were old and wasteful.
Windows poor protection from weather.






We were told that we were signing a six month lease but staff interpretation is one pro-rated month then the six month lease. I don?t know how you add it up but normally six plus one equals seven. Our mistake was to trust instead of verify the lease and ask questions. Don?t make same mistake! Don?t rent here!
