I cannot believe I made the worse decision in my life by moving here. I live in a one bedroom townhouse that they charge 945 for (they don't tell you that they want to pay your W&S and cable for you of $30 each by a direct deposit to them) until after they suck you in with their false impressions. Not only that, the luxury is not luxury. There is none. My garbage disposal clogs up all the time, the toilet bowl is a horrible excuse for plumbing, my dishwasher is not working now, and that's just current problems! They rushed me with the paperwork and they are rude when they do get you in.
I tried to back out after giving my deposit of $450.oo but they told me that if I did, then I wouldn't get it back because "I guess you didn't know when you signed your application that we would keep it should you back out!"
Horrible place!!!!
