WOW!!What a great office staff! I was going to work the other morning and the office staff was out at 6am giving juice and dounuts to the residents as they go to work. And they didn't stop there friday evening they gave pizza and soda to the residents. Talk about going above and beyond. I love where I live!

You say, "a step above the rest" but the place still gets low marks on your score sheet. I hope you realize the only answer to the fact that the filthy richest man in st mary's county just raised your rent 10% again this year. Why? the answer is simply, "because he can." They don't care about your personal welfare, safety, or satisfaction. That's why the turnaround rate is so damn high there and the reason that I'm actually paying a mortgage thats LESS than your current rent. Your title says that the staff is nice. I hope that you don't get yourself screwed at the car dealership because the dealer smiles nice. I also hope you feel that they're nice when they tell you they're charging you a little over three thousand dollars to move out and that for every day you're still there they make you pay well over your required rent after your contract expires. If your rent is THREE DAYS LATE they simply file court paperwork on you. Period. No questions asked. Even if you let them know well in advance. The nice factor kinda wears a little thin don't you think? Apartment landlords are in the people business and I did not feel like a person when I was there. I felt like one of those embryos in a sack in the matrix movie. I was only there to make them electricity, nothing more. An expendable piece of meat. And they never even asked me why I was leaving or how they could make me stay when I finally could afford to leave. They just told me THAT I DAMN WELL BETTER HAVE MY NOTICE IN ON TIME SO THEY COULD GET ANOTHER BODY INTO THE DOOR. Screw that.
