I live in a small studio in hickory hills and have very few complaints. I am taking advantage of the teachers deal so I pay less for my rent which is nice. There are only a few complaints. First, the walls are very thin (obviously its an apartment) and so you can hear a lot of your neighbors easily. Second, the parking lot spaces are very small. Finally, the construction right now is a huge mess, but there will be an end to it soon, with a light at the end of our road!

The leasing office and maintenance staff are very nice. Very helpful as well. I like the fact that there is a tech package, in other places it could be about $40.00 to get phone, internet and cable. My favorite aspect of Hickory Hills is that it is pet friendly. Give it a try, if your used to living in apartments you will have no trouble adjusting.
