Convenient location. But an old building in need of major repairs. Noisy from old mechanical equipment, hallways, constant repair work during daytime. Can hear your neighbors, including bathroom activity. Odors from neighbors are common. New management making some improvements, but only cosmetic. For example, the elevators are old and frequently broken. They installed new paneling in the elevators, but they are still frequently broken. New lighting in parking areas. Not well maintained and definitely not clean.

This review is entirely accurate in every detail, epecially the elevators; they are constantly breaking down, sometimes both at the same time - the building is eight stories high and are definitely NOT safe. Recently sold, the new owners are putting 2.5 million dollars into renovations ON THE OUTSIDE of the property. Definitely not a place to call home.
