Nothing but problems

My roommate and I have lived at Charlestowne North for two months and have had nothing but problems since we moved in. They never did a walkthrough to make sure that everything was okay as they told us they were supposed to nor did they program the outdoor keypad for us and guests to gain access. We have air conditioners that constantly break down and take days or weeks to repair. Our microwave broke and it took them 6 weeks to get us a new one (they forgot to order it). We were told that our $250 pet deposit would be refundable and then on our lease they tried to make it non-refundable. There is always trash in the bushes and stairwells. There is new carpet and cabinets, but they are already falling apart. The laundry rooms are dirty and hot and the machines are old and constantly breakdown and take money. Maintenance and other contractors have walked into the apartment without notice or knocking. There is a new management company that is trying to make improvements, but they seem to be mostly cosmetic and cheaply done and not really useful, needed improvements. It is nice that the rent includes utilities, but it is still very high for what we're getting.
