Terrible! Bad management and very poor service! As I am typing this they are replacing hall lights(which in fact, make the hall dimmer).

Some examples:

1. Leaks EVERYWHERE! And their way of fixing it' Putting a piece of cardboard on the leak.

2. High rent for bad service. They won't fix my dishwasher that breaks a lot.

3. Bad Manager.
a. They want $$$ for everything! The old manager never ever charged for the storage room downstairs. Now they charge at $25 a month.

b. They get bribed. Comcast offered the manager a deal and the manager let Comcast cut the attenna so that you are required to buy Comcast cable.

4. Unsanitary. The elevator floor is VERY disgusting! And the hallways too. And the apartment door's paint is scratched a lot!

Recommendation: please stay FAR away from this apartment! It is a expensive rent for bad service.

I agree completely!!! My roommate and I moved in the end of May and have had nothing but problems. I hate it there and can't wait to move. Thank God we only signed a 6 month lease!!!

If you move here I must forewarn you...a hefty rental increase awaits you when your lease ends (my lease ends in Dec 07' and my increase is a whopping 25%!!!!!!). I've lived at Charlestown North for 4yrs and due to it's convenient location I've be extremely tolerable of things that would normally prompt me to relocate (roaches, several unannounced apt entries, older apt unit/appliances-kitchen cabinets).
