i wrote a review back in September and spoke about the pros and cons of Charlestowne North. I still really enjoy living here and love the safe atmosphere that this area of town provides. Recently there has been a lot of complaints from older tenants. I won't say that they are wrong but when you look for an apartment outside of DC, I don't think that the price of these apartments should keep future tenants from looking at the positives. It is SAFE and greenbelt lake is GREAT. I only have one complaint. Being a dog owner I have found that many tenants think it is a good idea to leave their chicken bones and scrap food laying around out on the lawn. I plan to take this up with management.
