I have only been living here for about 6 months. For it's proximity to the DC Metro Area and the great neighborhood it is located in, this is a great deal... it is one of Greenbelt's best kept secrets. They have been renovating and it is making the appearance and functionality of the building improve(new washer/dryers, insulated windows, lobby interior decorating) , however this may cause the rent to increase and I know this affects many of the residents living there. This will change the makeup of the nice community that exists. All the residents are pretty friendly and very civil. Ample parking, great views if you live on one of the higher floors and the management is pretty good. The elevators are suspect lately and the walls are very thin so it is easy to disturb your neighbors and for them to disturb you.

Ditto :) I don't really know why everyone is complaining here so much!

rents increase in the hundreds of dollars, too many roaches, general disregard for us,contractors allowed to enter whenever with no oversight. poorly done rehab with cheap materials. nothing good to say of the place. neighbors are friendly for the most part. not paying 1,700.00 month for neighbors. AC not turned on until may(global warming) and turned off to early. If you like a tropical environment with lots of bugs and the chance to sweat buckets apply there. I left.

Of course you dont understand why everyone is complaining about. b/c you work for the management! the money you spent in renovation will be from our (renter) pockets not yours...
