Great place in Greenbelt

My family have been here for two years. We like it. The management is fantastic, friendly, and both managers have a very nice human touch. The maintenance crew are great, efficient, and helpful. We had no major complaints over the years. The entire building was renovated last year - I would say the best part is the new fitness center.
I moved here from University Square, to which my MAJOR complaint was noise - their thin wooden floors allowed me listen every single word my neighbor upstairs was saying. Contrastingly, here at Charlestowne North noise is not an issue at all since everthing is concrete. Also I like the ample parking space which is well lit at night and the police officer, one of the tenants, parks his car right outsie the building - makes us feel safe. We also enjoyed the approximity to the Greenbelt Lake which is just next to the lobby from Charlestown, where one can enjoy a moment of hiking and escape from busy life in the city.
Of course the rent is not cheap, but we got what we paid for - security, quality service, quiet neighborhood. My only minor complaint is that if one lives on a higher floor facing 495, it's bit noisy if one keeps the windows open, but if the new airtight windows are closed, it's gonna be fine. Well, they offer moving specials from time to time and referral credit - $200 to $400. I myself was referred here from my friend.
My final words are the management crew, Sherry and Sabarina, are both very nice and professional. I would say, compared with those several unprofessional girls at University Square, they are one order of magnitude better :)
