The apartments are ok, But the staff is the WORST

I have been living here for less then a year and I try to avoid the staff at all cost. Whenever I call them they seem to always have an attitude. Maintenance is ok... But the people in the rental office usually takes forever to contact them. The washer and dryers in the apartment are not the best. My dryer takes forever to dry my clothes and sometimes the washer machine leaks. My apartment is cozy but the walls are thin and I can hear music, the balcony doors opening/closing from other apts., and telephones ringing at all times of the night. The people in my building are nice though and they have daycare in the complex.
