Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I lived in Brittany Place from 2000-2001 but moved to a bigger place. I actually really liked it. We never had any major problems except for our shower drain clogging sometimes and the maintnence came right away to fix it. I never heard noise from my neighbors and there was a baby next door.

The only problems are when we moved in there was a INFESTATION of crickets, totally gross but they soon disapeared never to return. The other problem was that there is a gas station right next to the property that some creepy characters hung out at-yet I never had a problem personally.
