Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
This apartment was tolerable but not good. It was large, but poorly converted from its original floorplan. My car was broken into and there were wanted posters on the entrances many times. Kids played craps in back of the apartments and floors are carpet over wood, so you hear all your neighbors. Plumbing problems were frequent as well.
