I am a current resident at Brittany Place and am extremely disappointed at so many things to do with this developement that I don't know where to start. To make a long story short, the people in the Leasing Office are all idiots. There are only two people who work in the office who have half a brain and could help you if only they would return your calls. On numerous occasions I have had to make 8 phone calls before I explode and somehow they finally find the property manager. Further, there is not enough parking, the class of people who have moved in recently is suspect, there is an extreme littering problem, the maintence staff are incompetant and it could take weeks before your maintenance request is fulfilled and there are very dangerous looking young men lurking all over the complex day and night gambling, selling and smoking drugs and appear to be very threatening. There is a so called security officer patrolling the grounds however his name must be Casper because no one has ever seen this person (maybe he's undercover), voilence is still rampent there, the hoodlums are still loitering and performing illegal acts and cars get broken into regularly. This place is not safe nor worth the headache of dealing with the morons in the office. The complex was recently revamped on the exterior but believe me, looks can be and are deceiving in the instance! Needless to say, I will be vacating the premises the minute my lease expires, if not sooner!
