I don't know if any BP residents come on this page, but just in case, I want to pass this info along. I grew sick and damned tired of the trash littering the complex. I called the office daily to complain, not only about the trash outside but inside my building as well. Nothing was getting done. So I visited the Home Properties webpage and left my concerns via this link http://www.homeproperties.com/contact/feedback/index.asp'fo days later I received this email:

"Dear Sir or Madam:

Thank you for your e-mail. I have read your concerns and forwarded
them to the appropriate person at our regional office.

If you should have any further questions or concerns regarding this
matter, please feel free to contact Stacey Velenovsky, who is at our
regional office, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at
410-356-3320 X118.

Thank you again for taking the time to make us aware of this situation."

Then I walked out my building to see that a large amount of the trash had finally been picked up. I say since the incompetent and apathethic idiots working in the office can't seem to do things right, make your complaints known to the corporate site. Please. I guarantee if enough people let them know that they are not keeping up their end of the deal and therefore you are considering breaking your lease and discouraging others from renting here, they will be on their sorry butts in no time. And we may see some positive changes in this God forsaken community.
