Run away as fast as you can

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I have been living at Brittany Place Apts for 3 years now. I honestly have to say that at the beginning, I was pleased, but within the last few years, I have made a complete 180. I am counting down the hours before I can move out of this place. Everything that the residents have written so far is true and then some. The thugs, the crime (my husband's car has been broken into twice)the lazy office staff - just amazes me that these people can call themselves professionals. God forbid you say anything to the thugs outside who are either loitering in front of the building, smoking weed, playing craps or sitting on my car - they yell, curse at you and have absolutely no respect for adults. Within the last few weeks, I have seen security out and about, but they don't seem to have any control - the property manager even told me that the kids don't listen to them because they're not the police. A few months ago, the office mistakenly credited my rent to another apartment. I called and talked to the property manager about three or four times, she never got back to me and then had to call the regional manager to identify the problem, I still got a summonds to court for eviction - even though they had realized I had already paid the rent on time - and I have never in my 3 years here been late in my rent, but they sure processed my eviction papers quickly!!! Needless to say, I cannot wait to move far away from this crime ridden, managerless property.
