Becoming a ghetto complex - don't move here

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
Over the past 3 years, this place gotten worse yet more expensive to live. Last year they decided to start charging for water and sewerage. Parking is awful - there are no visitor parking spots and your guests run the risk of getting their cars towed if they don't leave by midnight. Now they want to charge for guest parking passes ($3 per night or $10 for the weekend). The final blow for me is the nerve of changing the thermostat in the apartments and locking them down to 72 degrees. They don't pay for the electric bills in the apartments, so how can they just decided what my family's comfort level is' And the maintenance people don't give you the respect of notifying you before going into your apt or leaving a note they were there and what was done anymore. They don't care if there is ice on the sidewalks or steps in front of the buildings. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen. After the last snowstorm, there was a sheet of ice so it was very scary trying to drive out of the complex. When you try to talk to the staff, they are rude, low class, condensending, and uncooperative - half the time they ignore the ringing phone. I will not renew my lease and I am out of here. So think twice.
