Please do not let the appearance of the leasing office decor or the landscaping at the front entrance fool you because that would be the extent of the so-called beauty of Brittany Place Apartments. The buildings are so old and the walls are so paper thin that you can clearly hear your neighbors conversations and everything else that goes on at all hours of the night. If you are a light sleeper, when your neighbor gets in a 3 or 4 am, you will know from the squeaking floor as they pace back and forth across the floor to the fridge or opening and closing their dresser drawers perhaps looking for a nightgown or a pair of clean boxers, or an alarm that goes off at 5 am when you just got to sleep at 4, or the loud snoring that may wake you thinking that someone broke in or came through the sliding glass door and is now under your bed. Unless you have no other alternative i.e., the dire need of a place to live, do not make Brittany Place your choice of residence. The office and the maintenance staff are the worse I have ever had to deal with. They reserve the bitterness, unprofessionalism, and lack urgency for your requests until after you have signed the lease. Don't buy into the Brittany Place Satisfaction Guarantee, just buy a house or a condo instead and no, I am not a realtor or a mortgage broker, just an extremely tired, dissatisfied resident who is displeased with the ghetto conditions and mentality of the Brittany Place staff and ready to move on. If you don't believe me, drive-by on the weekends where trash is strewn everywhere or between 6 and 8 p.m. during the weekday, which is the best time to check it out before signing on the dotted line for your new nightmare living at Brittany Place Apartments. And of course, since I haven't had a problem with the somewhat respectful drug dealers, which are prevalent, I will leave them out of this review. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
