Pathetic Customer Service and Apartment Quality

During my first 2 years as a tenant of Brittany Place Apartments in Greenbelt; I was very pleased with the services from maintenance and the residential managers office. At the beginning of my 3rd year the property management changed and the services, staff, and apartment quality have gone down tremendously. There has been a high turnover rate of managers and staff in the offices on site, which has led to inconsistent rules and regulations regarding the property, a lack of community feel, a lack of direction regarding the future of the complex, parking issues, and a lack of consistent security.
