Ok, let me start by saying that my Issues are: 1. Guys and young girls smoking weed in front of the buildings, 2. Cars being vandalized, Cars being towed and stolen (friends and family) The max heat in the apartments is 72. Maintenance is slow on response. I dont have the bugs everyone's talking about but the thin walls makes night games loud, if you know what I mean.
