since this new company has taken over the property has really gone down hill. they have brought in all of their relatives from georgia in. --- & all..their really not for the residence of brittany place they are for their selfs...maintenence is poor the property looks horrible..it looks so section 8 ish...management used to make cookies in the office welcoming new & current residence..giving it that home feeling..these people are cheap....the lawn service is horrible...the old management would have the lawn cut 1 a week..flowers changed balloons up & bushes trimmed...these people are horrible..none of that...this saturday they have 10 moveouts....come here you will be next.....*****stay away******* they dont even provide fire extinguisers in the hallways or apts...its a spring hill lake waiting to happen...
