I have been living here for 6 months. I don't care for this new management. The community has become disorganized. The trash pickup isn't regular, when I called the office they told me that they were having issues with waste management. The security is nonexistent. The security used to be around every evening, I haven't seen anyone in months. I was told that the management doesn't have any phone numbers for security so if you need them, you have to find them. Our building has the stench of pot during the day. This new management seems to have big plans, name change, gym and computer center is being advertised on their website. Maybe this will draw in a different crowd. The apartments are spacious but the walls and ceilings are paper thin. I have not had a problem with the maintanence, even for after hours problems. But every weekend I have to listen to my upstair neighbors walking around and their loud music/tv. The cigarette smoke from my two neighbors comes through the walls making my house stink of smoke. Parking is a nightmare if you come home after 7:30pm. Often I have to park several buildings down and if you have groceries it is a pain. I cannot wait until my lease expires and I can move to somewhere a bit more peaceful.
