YOU PAY YOUR RENT THEN THEY CREDIT IT TO SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT AN PUT A NOTICE ON YOUR DOOR SAYING YOU NEVER PAID. THEY LOSE YOUR CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS, THEY EVEN LOSE YOUR WHOLE FILE. THEY TOLD ME I COULD PAY MY RENT BETWEEN THE FIRST AND THE FIFTH AN I HAVE BEEN DOING IT THIS WAY FOR A YEAR. ALL OF A SUDDEN I PAY MY RENT ON THE 5TH OF THIS MONTH AN THE SEND ME A SUMMONS TO SHOW UP IN COURT AN PAY 2 MONTHS RENT AND LATE FEES!!! ITS A HEADACHE EVERY MONTH WHEN IT COMES TIME TO PAY RENT. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!.....O YEA AN IF YOU REQUEST TO HAVE SOMETHING FIXED THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY AND END UP COMING INTO YOUR APARTMENT 3 DAY LATER ON A WEEKEND EARLY IN THE MORNING, TRY WAKING UP TO A STRANGER IN YOUR LIVING ROOM...THATS FUN

I must agree with this assessment of Brittany Place/The Gates of Cipriano. My rent was paid on the 2nd and they still sent me a court summons stating that I did not pay rent after my check was cashed. They charge eveyone a portion for gas and water based on the overall use of the entire complex because they have no other system in place to measure how much each tenant uses. How is that possible? What if you rarely use the heat or the gas stove because you are rarely at home or your neighbor may use more or less water than you or someone else. I thought I was the only one who was getting screwed!

You have an accounts person that cant count. maintenance who cant find keys they have to climb through the window.your right management is messed up. your in these apartments and no one helps you, you call the main office and no one calls you back and the courts are on there side.
