I have been here not even a month and I'm ready to go. I live in the 8549 building and I have issues with the apt already. For one the toilet is not all the way boltted to the floor. When it rains the floor in the apt gets wet in the bedrooms right where the window is located. I can't beleive this. I called in to have someone fix and they say I have to bring them a key b/c they can't get in but by the time i get off the office is closed and when I leave for work in the morning, they are not open yet. A mess! also I was told I had until the 5th to pay the rent. I paid the rent for April on the 3rd and on the 15th I got a summins to appear in court for non-payment. I called the office and asked what was the problem and they say that rent is due on the first and the summins is for the late fee. I was pissed off. They dont understand that, that stays on your credit has a bad mark. They are messing peoples credit up by doing this. They really need to change their wording in their lease b/c it does state that u have until the 5th. And the leasing people need to also explain that process in deepth so everyone will understand. Other than that, would i recommand this complex. the answer is NO! I have only been here a short time but I am not please and I will be leaving after my lease is up.
