I was fresh out of college...starting a new job in MD, and this was my residence! Aside from my wonderful neighbors, the whole experience was terrible! I lived on the first floor...so i had bugs galore! brown and black spiders with and without hair--take your pick! Jumping crickets or whatever they are called, but they look gross..like a cross between a cricket and a frog!! And lets not forget the little black mouse, who I named Tommy:) He would secretly eat my dog's food at night and when I would leave for the weekend! I contacted the front office about "tommy" and they just laughed! So, yeah lets just say I'm sure "tommy" is terrorizing someone else! I had damn near the Atlantic Ocean in my kitchen! Don't ask where the water, came from, b/c i dont know! It ruined my carpet...left a huge brown stain! I was told they would come clean the carpet but guess what, it never happened. I had a problem with my shower, they never came, so I thought! I was complaining to my neighbor one day...and he's like oh, they came to my apt asking about a problem! Um, so yeah, if it obviously wasn't that apt, then try knocking next door, ya think! So in the end I kept calling and calling and calling about my $450 rent/pet deposit and you know what they told me'!'! You're not getting it back b/c your carpet was messed up...and we could have charged you even more, but we didn't. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!'' WOW! They were just a little too nonchalant for me when it came to my problems. Oh and before I forget...the upstairs toilet would leak down into my bathroom! Gross, just gross! So if you can help it, stay away from Brittany place...or whatever it is called now!

I am sorry that you are unahppy with your residence at Cipriano, but I thank God that I decided not to allow my son to move in there (it would have been his first apartment) and it was important to me that it was a pleasant experience. Apparently, they hook you with the models, which are on the top floors; but most of the complaints I have read deal with units in the rear of the complex (which is where his apartment would have been). I know no place is perfect and safety is a concern everywhere, but I do sleep a little easier knowing that he is renting from people who have his best interests at heart. Good luck!
