the WORST management i have ever seen. Noone does maitanince. noone is ever in office. laundry room only open 9-6 and thats if the landlord decides to get to work on time. ask anyone that lives here they will recomend moving to anywhere else (other than springhill lake. feel free to email me and i will call you and inform you of anything else you would like to know about.

I've not had too many maintenance issues that go unresolved for long and the laundry room is open 8 a.m. until 11 p.m. seven days per week; however, there is no enforcement mechanism, so you can probably get away doing laundry at other hours, if you are quiet about it.
However, I do agree that management has slipped since the new manager arrived last year. He is extremely unhelpful and full of himself.
