Like many places in the vicinity of College Park, this place is also over-priced. The apartments are very old style, there is no sound-proofing (you always know what your upstairs neighbor is up to). Every night you have to hassle to find a parking place, since the number of parking spots is not sufficient. The swimming pool is small and always filled up with kids, which restricts your trips there. The surronding Greenbelt area is nice though and there is a shuttle stop for U of M.
