We found this place via internet from across the country, and we really lucked out.
Living here is like being in the woods, but you are still in the city. There is a beautiful duck pond across the street, police dept. next door, and great plaza up the street. Its in Old Greenbelt, a community oriented area that is extremely safe and welcoming. Everything you need is close by, and you never even have to get into the traffic. Our apartment was immaculate when we moved in, and everyone was really friendly, both our neighbors and the office folks. Parking hasn't been a problem for us, yet. You get your very own spot, and if anyone is in it, they can get towed, so no one wants to do that. I highly recommend this place. Its a diamond in the rough. Plus, this town is hip. There is an indie movie house down the street- with 4$ tickets! Yeah!
