Parking is a total nightmare!!! They have exactly one parking spot reserved for every apartment. If you live with roommates with each one owning a car, it is almost impossible to live here because of the parking problems. I lived with 2 other roommates in a 3 bed room apt. We took turns every two weeks to park in our single reserved parking spot allocated to our apartment.



On the good-side, this is a safe neighborhood in Greenbelt. This apartment complex is much better than any other complex in Greenbelt as far as safety is concerned. The police station is right next door. This is probably the reason why this community is safe and nice. I do not have to worry about my car being broken into. Quality of services are good in general.



I would be very happy living here ONLY IF they had sufficient parking spots. However, I am so unhappy right now that I am planning on moving out of here due to parking problems.
