I have lived at Lakeside for almost a year now. I think it is one of the safest, nicest apartment complexes you can find in PG county. There is a police station right up the street. The people who live there are moslt grad students and professionals, so the place is quiet and "unshady."

I have not seen any roaches in my building or heard of that problem from anyone else. The maintanence staff is really responsive, never had any problems. The two bad things are parking and airconditioning. You only get one spot per aparment and visitor spots are limited. Also the airconditioning unit is old. But, hey, you can't have everything. There is always street parking and you can use fans!
