Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
It is a very safe community with a beautiful scene. But the building is too old. You can hear the foot steps of your upstairs' neighbor. You will see a lot of bugs (roaches, ants and other). The rent is too high, especially you need pay almost $100 electricity bill. And more, you will suffer the unbearable noise of air conditioner.
