Pretty nice

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Good: Quiet, Grad Student-Young family area. Maintanience response time good. Management good. Neighbors friendly. Safe area.

Bad: Price of rent rising. Only one parking space per apartment - parking fills up by 8 pm.
