I spoke to the new manager several times about different problems in my apartment. He just didn't care and kept saying that he could do nothing. I think because there are so many people in the waiting list want to move in, he cares nothing about the present residents. He even said that if I don't like it, I can just move out. I am really disappointed with him, and I think I'll move out after my lease ends. It's really sad because I like the environment here and used to recommend this apartment.

Not sure whose crack you are up polo, but the manager is also responsible to the tenants, first and foremost. I'd say even a baby would know that, but you are proof otherwise.

I don't know where you get that idea unless YOU ARE the staff at lakeside north, but the new manager is not attentive to residents' need at all, very un-helpful, and don't seemed to care too much if people move out since he has been telling the unsatisfied clients to give 30 day notice and move out if they want.
