Pros:
*Swimming pool
*Fun events (community yard sale, decoration contests, pool party)
*Quiet area. We can leave the windows open during warm weather without being disrubted at night by noise.
*The best feature of living here is that it is in Greenbelt. It has a nice small town feel. The community center has fun things for familes to do. They also have a skatepark, sports fields, Buddy Attick Park is in walking distance with a large lake to walk or jog around and a playground for children. We do cookouts here in the summer.
* Rent is lower then most in area
*Nearby chain stores: Target, Foot locker, Bath and Body works, Petsmart, Old Navy, The childrens place etc. (less 5 minutes driving distance)
*SAFE right next to police station and located on a quiet street.

Cons:

*Only one parking space per apartment.

*No balconys but they do have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in each bedroom and the living room.

*Interior is a bit dated.

*Although I havn't personally had problems with the new manager (yet). Many people I talk to have. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
