STAY AWAY!!!

I wouldn't renew my lease, even if it meant that I would be living on the street! Any thing is better than living at Springhill Lake!
It's loud (thin walls), lots of drugs in my area, too. Not the best place to bring up children.
I moved into the area last winter and wrote on my moving papers that there was a problem with the washing machine. It's very loud and very old, and it leaks. It has never been fixed, even though my neighbors are calling to complain, and I call at LEAST once a month.
This past summer I found out that my A/C did not work. It would only blow out hot air. I called at least 7 times this summer, and the only came out to look at it once. Said I needed a new part, but it still "hasn't come in yet". My electric bills this summer were somewhere right around $300 a month, just for hot air! Turning it off didn't help either.
My neighbors are inconsiderate, also. When I first moved in I had a subscription to the Washington Post. I only got to read the paper once. It was stolen every other time. I have all my mail from family now sent to me "signature required" at the Post Office. (Hey, at least I know that I will be getting my mail)
All in all...pretty horrible experience living there. I don't suggest it to my worst enemy.
