* Good Points:

metro, Greenbelt middle school, Greenbelt mall is all close, high rent give hope of good quality and service... area is often patrolled by police who constantly make arrests, no house parties after kid was thrown from balcony

* Poor Points:

Although Largest apartment complex in Maryland, maintaince don't seem to be able to respond very often, and leasing agents are in a hurry to set you up... not everybody, probaby only 10% of like 1,000 people that live there... You may or may not experience this if you sign a lease

* Bad points:
residence don't have keys to the unlocked front door or the 24 hour laundry room, or the unlocked basement between laundry rooms, its not even worth my time listing everything... Sometimes area looks quiet for a while but if it continues to look quite you may not be watching back

* Setup:
Heavy drugs, light weed smokers, famous for car thefts, babies fell from windows architecture problem/bad parenting, took lady to laundry room by knife, and ride by take your close off at gun point type rape, 3 guys rob one guy who they killed and then was caught by cops, occassional prostitutes, almost like criminal come to Springhill Lake when business is low not knowing that cops do an excellent job 70% of the time..., sting operations, swat looking jobs, a thug will come out dead messing with the cops who constantly arrest but Springhill Lake has a high crime reputation and that is what criminal are attracted to - they apparently don't know the cops arrest frequently
