SORRY FOR THE BIG REVIEW. U GOT TO READ since you might spend a whole year in springhill lake, I GOT TO WRITE atleast this much since it is a brief of my 1 year apartment life.

Problem 1: ROACHES
When I looked the apartment, they were changing carpets, painting new. I felt cool. I saw some roaches at that time. I expressed my concerns. They said they will take care of it before I move in. Guess what. They didnt. This proves they do not care about residents. Could not sleep even with lights on. Roaches crawl over you atleast thrice a night, you got to wake up. It bothered my kid. Roaches get into my Laptop. Went to service 5 times. Had to change the cooling unit twice. Service company is tired of doing this.
Problem 2: SAFETY
1 week after I moved in, some kids broke the glasses. Maintenance replaced the glass. Never cleaned the pieces of glass on the floor. Me & my wife cleaned to the best. My 14 month old daughter was picking up glass pieces often from floor. We were scared.
Problem 3: SAFETY
Someone stole my bicycle. One day out of my 1 year lease there, I left my empty bag inside the car. Someone broke into and stole the stereo. A month after, my car is stolen. You can guess how you will feel if you lose your car all of a sudden. Complained the police.
Problem 4. CARE/MAINTENACE
I requested/reported them seven times about the roaches. Two times they ignored and they didnt even have a track of my report. It was all waste of time. Other times they send someone, same sprays/traps. Roaches wont go or reduce because they never follow up. They never come back to check roaches but the rent.
Problem 5. INACCURACY
I paid my rent, still I got a notice. Then I had to go fix it.

However, if I do not pay rent, you know how they are going to follow up on that. I do not know what to say. You decide. You help them by paying them money to improve themselves, you know. They take the money and just dont do their work well. I work hard to get this 1050 dollars. Sometimes, I feel like, Springhill lake apartment business is a well paid and legally approved/organized social cheating. They could do that because of people's tolreance, business tactics (job delegation, phone service, etc), etc. I cannot say anything wrong on them. They are legally great and making good business under our country's good law/business system.
