I currently lived around Spring Hill Lake and I must say it has been a terrible experience. They have a terrible mice problem and I mean terrible we have found a dead mouse in our apartment unit, along with catching a couple and its so sad because I have a two year old son. It is now July and we have been having this problem since about January and yes maintenance has come out, but they do not do much. We had the Greenbelt health inspector come to our apartment unit and he indicated that our building along with some more call them all the time about the mouse problem. Since, maintenance has come out I have still seen a mouse running in the kitchen while I was doing dishes and another run in the bathroom while I was in there. This problem has become so much for me to manage that I do not even stay at my home anymore. I m really warning you this is not the place to live and I can not wait until October because we will not under any conditions be renewing our lease. Also, since I have been living at Spring Hill Lake my car was totaled while I was sleeping and the fires are out of control. However, the biggest of our problems is just having mouse that wont go away and when speaking to neighbors and other residents they indicate that they have the same problem and it is sad because Spring Hill lake management is not doing anything to stop the problem.

also, after living here i'm starting to wonder who pays rent us or the mice. i cant even stay at my own place i pay rent for...........
