I can attest to the friendly nature of the staff...before you sign on the dotted line. They showed me the model unit and when I requested to view the acutal apartment I was going to rent, the reluctance was evident. The leasing agent (who, by the way, was 4 HOURS late for our viewing) stayed cautiously by the door while I viewed the apartment. Everything seemed kosher, so I signed. Later that day, I happened upon this website and was HORRIFIED!!! Immediately, thanks to the 72 hour security deposit refund clause, I ended the lease agreement and requested a refund. Now, however, it is taking 2-4 weeks to recieve the security deposit back. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the local health department, as well as consulting with a lawyer if the refund is not returned within 2 business days. Save yourself the headache...leave this place alone!!!
