roaches roaches and more damn roaches. i was desperate for a place and the apartment was close to my job. it seemed like a decent place for the price. they had the ac blasting in the apartment when i first moved in and everyone knows that roaches dont like the cold! when i left in the morning i turned the ac off. when i came back at night the side walk in front of my building was moving!!! there were sooo many roaches all in front of the building and they were HUGE. when i went inside my apartment there were roaches everywhere. my bedroom had 10 roaches on the wall and the living room had more. when i sprayed raid all over the apartment it started raining roaches!!!!!! i cused the manager out and moved out the next day. they tried not to give me a full refund but i complained to their corporate office.

This is so funny, yet I know that it's the truth. The corporate management and office managment suck at this apartment complex.

I'm so sorry you had to deal with that and I'm glad you were able to move out quickly. I'm a former SHL resident and I'm glad I got out but where I'm at now isn't much better. If the economy picks up hopefully I can get a home next year.
