No problems at first. Then rains came in thru the windows and other places that weren't waterproof, from ground floor and carpet throughout unit became wet. Wet, smelly carpet.... Called maintenance several times... Went to stay elsewhere due to odor. Called health dept. Unit declared unfit. Carpet replaced...plywood boards put down on floor over water, then padding, then carpet. PLYWOOD OVER WATER. Unit still smells, mold growing in cabinets and on walls. I've given notice and am leaving tomorrow.
