Gunshots almost every saturday night! NO JOKE!

I've been here almost a year, and i'm FINALLY leaving with utmost urgency. This is my first apartment ever since moving out of my parents' home and it has severely damaged my opinions of "having your own place." Leasing office was so nice when i was signing up, everything moved quickly. but the apartment we were supposed to move into was not ready and we were stuck with a different one. the laundry facility in our building is constantly locked and nobody was given a key. called management, never came to unlock. i have been unable to use the laundry room in months. parking is extremely limited and so small. i have new knicks and dings on my car EVERYDAY. just last week one night, i heard that a car of guys came through and broke 8 windows on the ground floor in a row trying to take whatever they can, and then drove off. and, without a single bit of exaggeration, i have heard gunshots almost every saturday night. VERY scary, i feel VERY unsafe. please please do not move here if at all possible. the grass is completely infested with fleas. 3 weeks after moving in, i was getting bug bites and didn't know they were fleas until i saw my dog had LITERALLY thousands (again, no exaggeration, of fleas. i now have numerous flea bite scars on both legs and some on my arm that have yet to go away. i would attach a picture of it if i could to show the severity of the situation. noisy neighbors both above and below, left and right. inconsiderate people. screen door was broken ever since we moved in. one of four stove burners has never worked. and community management is very inconvenient being open only when others are at work. everyone in management is rude. The morning after the first night we stayed in the apartment, people opened our locked door with a key!! Apparently, the leasing office was STILL giving out the key to our apartment to view. imagine our surprise waking up to complete strangers walking into our place. STAY AWAY!!!
