Thank god my lease is almost over this has been the longest 11 months of my life, I should have turned away when i had a chance. B4 i enven moved in the had mu 100.00 holding fee for an apt on the top floor when it came time to move in they wern't even able to give me that apt. Now they charge 5.00 every floor u go up but wanted to put me on the bottom floor and not take the price down. Ok so now I have a basement apt that i didnt want from the jump but this is my move in time. Now lets get started for a coulpe months straight everytime it rained it flooded the rain messed up my furniture and the carpet all they did was said sorry and have some1 shampoo the caroet when they finally camme out after calling a million times. I have had so many mice even white ones no one wants to do anything around here not only that I have 2 kids. My son has ran in the room so many time sceared to death because he saw a mouse. Then there was a leak in my apt the mait man came ou cut a whole in my ceiling and put a blck trash bag over the whole the next morning the ceiling was in the floor then they put a peice of wood over the even bigger whole and i could hear the mice running around over my head so at that point i didnt know weather a mouse was going to fall from the ceiling or run accross my foot. it took them over a week to repair the whole 10 days to be exact they would not give me a dime off my rent. The suporvisor David of the maitance departmet never returns calls no one cares about you or your needs they just pass the ball. Tracy from mait I guess he is a lead that who the transfer you to when you ask for a supervisor is a lier if i havn't seen 1 b4 and the person u call to get out of your lease never answers or returns calls.DSo with that all being said PLEASE THINK TWICE
