I lived at Springhill Lake for 9 years and moved to Greenbelt Center for 4 years.
I had less problems at Springhill Lake than at University Square Apartments. At Springhill Lake I had no roaches,( battled roaches for 4 years I couldn't take it any more) nobody bother my car,( my car was broken into 3 times on Westway Road), I always had my maitiance issued addressed at SHL,( no so at University Square, it take them forever if they get around to it).
Since moving back to Springhill Lake I was very please with the cost of a 2 bedroom compared to others in the area. I am also happy with the improved maitnance responses, I have my issues addressed and fixed the sameday or wuithin 24 hours!
Thank you Springhill Lake, you are a single Mothers answer.
If I had to give a suggestion to improve somrthing it would be to crack down on the Pitbulls on the property!
