Springhill Lake has got to be one of the most worst places I've every leaved in management wise. The collections department is the f*ckin worst! They really need a course in accounting and structure. Losing checks and fining people and court dates that aren't your fault can easily get those b*tches ass whup! Maintenance is a joke. Spending all day working and cleaning their cars like its a damn car show does not get ---- fixed in the apartments! I pray for the current residents there and hope that whole place burns down one day!!!

I think that the man is very wise and knows when he's been had by unscrupulous people like AIMCO. It is a horrible dump.

Hey no matter how you express the truth it is still the truth. This individual is not lying and simply got there point across in a matter in which they could express it BEST! Hopefully your comments will save someone else from this horrible experience.
